We at Euro Brand Management believe that we should be thinking about packaging as a living part of the products we purchase and use. Our expectations will change if we take a more nuanced view. Mimicking nature in design and materials is EBM’s aspirational and operative goal of circularity. Like nature, products should be designed to produce a net-zero or net positive impact on our planet over their lifecycle. Humans are the only species on the planet that take more from the environment than they return. Our company makes every effort to create production systems and products that make the world a better place. Every step of our due diligence reveals areas that go far beyond certifications, compliances, and reutilization practices.
We praise our partners, customers, and plants that are becoming more aware of the impact of the regenerative initiatives they are making and implementing positive steps toward regenerative and circular projects. There are, however, urgent issues that result in catastrophic changes having devastating impacts on humankind and the environment. We need to redesign product and service processes to pull carbon from the air and produce additional positive impacts.

Due Diligence Process

Our process involves a procedure that employs in-house specialists and outsourced authorities in areas of innovative packaging design and engineering, materials utilization, and life cycle and chemical analysis. Strategic importance is placed on circularity and renewal. The transparent and traceable exchanges and interactions with our customers and partners create platforms for reducing CO2 emissions and costs throughout the end-to-end supply chain.

The end result produces near-shored competitive access to footwear, apparel, and accessory product factories throughout the global manufacturing bases. We produce all flute and liner combinations in most major global production areas as well as compostable materials which replace PET and recycled plastics which largely harm the environment.

Review and Clarify

We review the entire supply chain from design, engineering, and development of products to factory packing systems/methods and retail architecture requirements. EBM examines all materials that are used to protect footwear and information that is conveyed to your end consumers. The breakdown requires a thorough understanding of the global footwear industry of which we have a precise understanding. This allows us to appraise the entire source chain from raw material sourcing, engineering, construction, design, and purpose.

In the initial phase of our activity, we seek to understand the current and future strategic plans of the company focusing on how these goals and objectives will impact the design and development of our supply chain initiatives.

Evaluate and Empower

The evaluation/assessment takes into consideration every manufacturing process of packing and packaging from amount of raw materials used, to production methods, material waste, and regenerative possibilities considering a closed system approach. We will evaluate near-shoring opportunities to reduce CO2 emissions from transportation, logistics, and administration.

Design and Engineering

The results of our work will enable you to reduce costs throughout the supply chain, lessen or eliminate areas of CO2 emissions and provide you with computation of all areas of reduction, elimination, and cost savings. It will include paper reduction calculations which translate to a reduction of tree harvesting and material consumption.
